Where exactly will it be?
We’re looking at Queen Anne, Fremont, and Ballard. The final address depends on the right lease: enough ceiling height, enough parking, and no upstairs neighbor who hates drivers.
When do you open?
The target is 2027. Waitlist members will hear about the lease signing and build-out timeline first.
Does joining the waitlist cost anything?
No. It’s free, with no payment or membership commitment. We’ll let you know when founding memberships open.
What can I book?
Every membership includes unlimited play. Par and Birdie members can reserve one- or two-hour sessions. Eagle members can choose one, two, or three hours.
I’ve never used a simulator. Is that weird?
Not remotely. We’ll show you the basics. Then it’s a golf club, a screen, and significantly less weather.
Can I bring friends?
Yes. Your reservation is your bay. Bring a foursome, a spouse, a kid, or the person who keeps saying your grip looks strange.
How does 24/7 access work?
Book in the app, use your phone key at the door, and your bay is ready. Cameras and remote support keep the club secure after staffed hours.
Why “Overcast”?
Because this is Seattle. We could complain about the weather, or build somewhere good to hit balls while it does its thing.
